As our business continues to expand, we’re looking for an Accounts Assistant to support our day-to-day finance operations and help ensure the business runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. You’ll work closely with the Finance Manager and wider team, supporting core accounting tasks while gaining exposure to how a modern health technology brand operates.

Working Hours:
38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing purchase and sales invoices
• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciling bank accounts and transactions
• Assisting with month-end reporting
• Supporting payroll and expense processing
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Helping improve and streamline finance processes
• Providing general finance support as the business grows

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in an accounts or finance support role
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience using accounting software (Xero, Sage, QuickBooks or similar)
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• A proactive, reliable, and positive attitude
• Someone who enjoys working in a startup environment and taking ownership
